Shipping & Returns

 SHIPPING:

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.
  • You will receive an email from contact@ofthechaos.com when your order has been confirmed.
  • All orders would be shipped within 2-4 working days of placing the order. (Monday - Friday)
  • Once the order is shipped, allow at least 2-7 days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code. If you still have not received your order, please notify us at contact@ofthechaos.com
  • If the order is not received by the customer and is returned to origin (RTO), the order will be re-shipped only once it gets delivered back to us. Kindly note, in this case addition courier charges for re-shipping of the order will have to be borne by the customer.
  • Cash On Delivery (COD) available on orders up to INR 7999
  • Once an order is placed with the COD payment method, the customer will be contacted by our team to confirm the order and details.
  • Please note, we reserve the right to cancel any COD orders if the customer cannot be contacted or the order is not confirmed.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, acts of God or rioting, the delivery time may increase by a few days.
  • Tracking no. will be generated shortly after your order is processed. You will get the courier tracking number on registered email id and contact number via our shipping partner.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees and/or any other charges in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.
  • All prices are inclusive of taxes for Indian residents.

RETURNS:

  • All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges.
  • Replacement requests will only be accepted and shipping will be borne by Of The Chaos under the following conditions:
    - If there is manufacturing defect in the piece
  • Do not accept the package if the package is tampered with.

CANCELLATION:

  • To cancel or change an order you must contact contact@ofthechaos.com or call us at +91 8850130509
  • Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.
